Poor circulation can cause a multitude of problems from cellulite to cold hands.   Essential oils are great for giving a brisk massage to get your blood a flowing.  A good way to help get rid of and prevent cellulite is drinking lots of water. For poor circulation on your feet try this massage combination:

3 Drops Eucalyptus + 3 Drops Ginger + 30ml (6 tsps) olive oil

For Varicose Veins try this massage formula:

2 Drops Cypress + 2 Drops Lime + 2 Drops Marigold + 30ml (6 tsps) sweet almond oil

For Cellulite try this massage combination:

4 Drops Lavender + 4 Drops Juniper + 4 Drops Rosemary + 30ml (6 tsps) sesame oil
or
4 Drops Rosemary + 4 Drops Lemon + 9 Drops Geranium + 60ml (12 tsps) sweet almond oil

For Fluid Retention try this for massage:

3 Drops Cypress + 2 Drops Geranium + 2 Drops Clary Sage + 30ml (6 tsps) sweet almond oil
